Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Put potatoes in a large mixing bowl with 1/2 C. melted butter and add salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased 9" x 13" casserole and top with crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 C. melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes in 350° F oven. 2 lbs. potatoes, cooked
1/2 C. melted butter
10 oz. or 2 C. cheddar cheese
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 t. salt
2 C. crushed corn flakes
1/4 C. melted butter
