Recipe of the week: Oven Barbecued Hamburgers


Oven Barbecued Hamburgers






Hamburger:
   Mix
all ingredients and make medium sized patties. brown in small amount of cooking oil and se aside. Make the sauce.

Barbecue Sauce:
  Mix all ingredients. Place browned patties in baking pan and pour sauce over them. Bake for 1 hour at 350° F. Serve on buns.
Hamburger:
1½ lb. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. onion - chopped
1½  tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. catsup
6 Tbsp. onion -chopped
