Carrot Cake
Cream sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together. Add the creamed mixture. Fold in carrots and nuts. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour in a 9" x 13" pan or layer cake pan. Cool. Frosting: Soften cream cheese and oleo. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla.
